Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, requests for changes/cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned upon receipt for a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal and Ideal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time for your order during holiday and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The average delivery time is 5-7 working days. Our products are sent directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to save enormously on storage and transport costs and we can offer the products at a lower price.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received items that are incorrect, missing and/or defective. Please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and all relevant references upon receipt of your package. We will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card issuing bank for questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please follow these steps: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is credited to your account.
