LED Gyroscopic Powerball
LED Gyroscopic Powerball
The Powerball - for individual and effective hand training
The Powerball is a gyroscopic hand exerciser that works completely without batteries, based solely on the gyroscopic force principle: the rotation ball is powered by pure muscle power. This offers the advantage that the rotation ball dynamically adapts to your training level. As an advanced user, you can achieve up to 12,000+ revolutions per minute. By holding the Powerball in different ways, you can strengthen various muscle groups.
More ease of use with the Powerball AutoStart & LED
The Powerball AutoStart & LED is also equipped with a rotor, which makes starting easy and wireless. Especially beginners no longer have to struggle with starting the Powerball.
✅ Stronger Wrists: As you move the Powerball, it creates force that works your wrists. The faster you spin it, the more strength you build. It’s a fun way to strengthen your wrists while you play.
✅ Vibrant LED Lights: As you use the Powerball, the LED lights inside will put on a colorful light show! Not only does it look cool, but it also motivates you as you exercise.

The Powerball with gyroscopic effect
Rotating balls, also known as powerballs, work according to the gyroscopic force principle. They consist of a rotor mounted in a guide in the outer shell. The rotor is set in motion by rotating movements, which results in an angular momentum around the axis. There is a running sound. At the same time, the ball stabilizes itself by the speed of rotation and the moment of inertia. By turning the hand exerciser, the rotation tilts and the rotor tries to recover by an opposite movement. This causes the rotor to accelerate more and more. This creates gyroscopic forces against which the user trains. With both versions you train deeper muscle groups in your fingers, wrists, upper and lower arms. They also promote blood circulation in the brain, fitness, grip strength and coordination.
